Hot Karl: Karl Jobst Still Racist (and Fash), in 2025

In 2021, Karl Jobst was exposed on Reddit for having ties to fascist speedrunner, RWhiteGoose (who was publicly banned in 2018 by GDQ for his openly Nazi views; source: Dopefishblog's "Why Banning Nazis Is Good, Actually," 2019). Karl not only never apologized for this; he's still racist (and fash) in 2025, meaning in ways that others—including various racial minorities—won't investigate. I want to document that collective issue among the wider gaming community; i.e., despite my gender oppression (and trans emasculation trading male privilege for male alienation), I still have relative white privilege in regards to racial privilege. So I'll blow the whistle on Karl—not to "cancel" him (as he states), but document his racism and fascist ties for research purposes (also, not even RWhiteGoose was canceled, because his own channel is still up). We'll also examine various people orbiting Karl—his friends, but also his frenemies and victims; e.g., Smash JT, Gen-X and LUS, and Billy Mitchell and Apollo Legend, respectively.

Note: Apart from several images being censored (for nudity, violence and slurs), this version and my website version are completely identical; its contents are SFW, meaning no nudity (with me having censored the "BACKSTABBER" image Gen-X showed his audience, on YouTube). In either case, "Still Racist" remains a work-in-progress, one whose research remains ongoing—from 2024 when first learning of Karl's fascist ties, to May 3rd, 2025, when releasing my initial draft, and afterwards; i.e., by adding onto it over time as further developments came, and continue coming to, light. Said work is holistic, insofar as it concerns Karl, but also those who orbit him or otherwise have been affected by him overtime. The content in this article, then, is subject to change—not when merely adding new evidence, alone, but owing to the people I critique historically being bad actors (re: fascists, or people who exhibit fascist behaviors); i.e., who I must steelman my arguments against, post hoc and in duality. We employ the same basic language, but for different reasons—them, for the state and for profit; me, for degrowth and universal liberation, abolishing the state and all its tools, proponents, and monopolies. It is a dialectical-material struggle: state's rights vs worker rights. "A few bad apples spoil the bunch," but fascism is fruit from the poisoned tree; i.e., harvesting nature at large for the state.

Disclaimers

First, all opinions are my own; i.e., as part of my research, conducted alongside my book series, Gothic Communism (2023). The material within is written/speaks about public figures and popular media for purposes of education, satire, transformation and critique, hence falls under Fair Use regarding copyright and free speech regarding defamation; i.e., defamation—be it slander or libel (spoken or written)—requires a statement, specifically a statement of fact, to be false, and defamation of a public figure requires false statements thereof to have been made with actual malice, or knowing they were false when making them (see: third point below). Except opinions aren't statements of fact; opinions = free speech, which is unfalsifiable and protected, therefore isn't defamation. Regarding my use of the word "fascist" and "racism," these opinions aren't made with actual malice against public figures, but fall under my expertise as a researcher on these topics about public figures; i.e., in ways I believe are true (as matters of opinion) while giving my findings to the public (on YouTube or elsewhere): when describing people that, in my researcher's opinion, have fascist, ergo racist qualities, per my body of work (see: footnote for how calling someone fascist/racist isn't defamation; i.e., apart from hate speech and the open promotion of criminal activity—specifically hate crimes—through a given belief system, fascism and racism more broadly aren't strictly criminal in America, but political beliefs protected under free speech like all opinions are; e.g., someone can legally identify as a Nazi in the US, and even opine how they think the West is "superior" to other cultures, and doing so is perfectly legal provided it demonstrably stays a matter of opinion; re: not hate speech that actively and nakedly endorses and encourages hate crimes: free speech protects minorities and bigots alike).

Second, my statements regarding Karl Jobst's behavior specifically concern comments he has previously acknowledged* as having actually occurred; I did not invent them.

*Specifically in his video, "I'm Being Sued and Canceled" (2021), which addresses the Reddit leak in 2021, after Tomato Anus refused to work with Karl, cutting all ties; i.e., ostensibly when learning about RWhiteGoose (source: r/speedrun, u/Emtech1).

Third, when describing Karl and company as "fascist" and "racist," I am not accusing them of criminal activities, but describing the problematic beliefs shared by all to varying degrees, in academic language; i.e., that contribute to larger systemic issues my research explores; re: on fascism, videogames and racism, as well as transphobia, sexism and so on. In America or Australia, it is neither a) defamatory to call someone fascist or racist through matters of opinion, nor b) a crime to be fascist—meaning specifically to express fascist beliefs and/or belong to a political party that adheres to said beliefs within the limits of either country's laws regarding free speech; i.e., owing to political beliefs (and parties) being free speech, which America's Constitution—specifically the First Amendment—protects (versus Australia's International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, or ICCPR, which has similar-though-not-entirely-identical qualities concerning free speech, ergo fascism and other political beliefs).

My work is not a criminal accusation, then, but an academically-informed opinion regarding people I think are acting fascist, therefore racist. Opinions, in America, are free speech in the legally protected sense; i.e., something cannot be defamation regarding public figures unless it is demonstrably false—as a statement of fact but also actual malice, which opinions cannot be: the legal standard is far higher for public figures, because "actual malice" is a legal burden of proof that specifically applies, during defamation cases, to public figures[1]. As Cornell Law School writes, "A public figure is an individual who has assumed roles of especial prominence in the affairs of a society or thrust themselves into the forefront of particular public controversies to influence the resolution of the issues involved [emphasis, me; e.g., the controversy between Billy Mitchell and Karl Jobst regarding their lawsuit]. Public figures also include individuals who have achieved pervasive fame or notoriety. Whether a party is a public figure is a question of law for the court. Public figures who wish to recover for injury to reputation must establish that the defendant acted with actual malice. Actual malice requires clear and convincing evidence that the defamatory falsehood was made with knowledge of its falsity or with reckless disregard for the truth" (source).

I understand my opinions to be true as matters of opinion; re: per myself as a researcher of various public figures I am critiquing per my research for matters of education/public safety (fascism is dangerous). Regarding "public figure" as a flexible standard, the primary example is Karl Jobst: a popular YouTuber (over a million subscribers) who I am researching—as I have said—based on publicly available evidence; e.g., his court case with Billy Mitchell and various public scandals surrounding it; i.e., with the exception of Arkamatt (who I am not accusing of any direct wrongdoing), all of the people I criticize are YouTubers beyond a certain size (at least several thousand subscribers, apiece). All work with visible brands, logos, and faces (except for Arkamatt) in their videos/on their channels, and ostensibly monetized content while interacting with each other publicly on YouTube for those reasons. 

Hence, the people I criticize would appear to classify as public figures per CLS's definition as I understand it; i.e., insofar as they operate publicly as such, versus private citizens who don't operate in public view for money and/or fame, but also public sway—specifically the ability to sway public opinion over different topics of dispute; e.g., "Billy Mitchell is a terrible person," as Karl Jobst and his fans and enemies both like to argue for or against. Regardless of the arguments being made, their disputes are public—meaning on YouTube, uploaded by them—and resolved publicly in ways I am responding to; re: as a researcher of fascism who studies racism in popular media, including YouTube videos and para/meta content. In fact, all of the information I am using is publicly available and provided by or regarding public figures; i.e., none of it is ill-gotten* or knowingly provided as false**, hence falls under free speech and Fair Use, enjoying those protections under American law. Unconfirmed screencaps are alleged until proven otherwise.

*My screencap—of Karl, using the Elon Nazi salute on Discord, seemingly without irony—was accessed on a publicly available/advertised server with no password. Furthermore, the use of Discord images remains a common standard of evidence entertained in YouTube videos (all of the people in these videos use Discord screencaps to argue their points). Aside from that specific image (and other screencaps I use of various publicly available YouTube videos), the rest of the images I use were leaked by other individuals and commented on publicly by other channels, beforehand—meaning in ways not only I and similar critics or supporters responded to, but Karl as well (re: "I'm Being Sued and Canceled").

**Meaning "regarding my opinion of it" for purposes of education; i.e., regarding statements made by others that my writing comments on, here. To it, a source's information could be incorrect, but not to my knowledge or in my opinion when I gave it. Most notable, in this regard, is LUS' own source for Karl's racism—r/youtubedrama's 'Racist screenshots that Karl "the n-word has no racist connotation in Australia" Jobst has never addressed' (April 14th, 2025)—which LUS aired on their livestream, "Karl Jobst Threatens to Report My Channel" (May 16th, 2025), and which my videos never responded to, before said stream; i.e., my videos before LUS' stream primarily stuck to the images confirmed by Karl, himself; re: those viewed in "I'm Being SUED and CANCELED." After May 16th, the additional images LUS showed me, onstream, appear in this body of work; i.e., that Karl himself doesn't specifically address or verify in his own video, but whose racist content would seem to comport: with those LUS previously qualified (alluding to in past videos of theirs) and Karl verified independent of each other. This "alleged" status applies to any images here I may have overlooked in that respect, not just the ones below (and should Karl wish to set the record straight, I will happily oblige him)!

After LUS brought these to my attention, on their livestream, I added the new images to my dossier of screencaps that Karl had already confirmed; i.e., because they seemed similar enough, and furthermore had never been publicly addressed by Karl as true or false—meaning before, during or after LUS' livestream. So I can't comment on the above screencaps' authenticity and can only say they are things, in hindsight, that Karl allegedly said. But even if they were somehow faked, the rest of the evidence that isn't faked (e.g.,  from Karl's own video and Billy's lawsuit and ensuing case law) is so overwhelming as to not change my opinion regarding Karl. Likewise, I did not knowingly supply anything here that might be false knowing or thinking it was false (re: with actual malice), but instead gave them to supplement my previous confirmed findings on a public figure (and Karl most definitely is a public figure, reaching international coverage; e.g., with his Guardian article after the lawsuit, as well as past television coverage regarding his case). Everything in this essay has been given in good faith, anything alleged provided alongside everything Karl has already confirmed as true. Indeed, I only now just realize how the additional images were never confirmed or denied by Karl. Hence, my writing of this follow-up, here, to cover my bases! —Perse, 6/27/2025

Summary

To summarize, Karl was exposed in a court of law on April 1st, 2025, for—among other things—lying to defraud his audience. To it, I've looked more into his racism and other bigotries; i.e., by investigating him, but also anyone (token or not) who defends him. There's a lot of findings/persons to keep track of—e.g., "Karl Jobst Is RACIST in 2025 + Full Evidence!" and "Token Racist Who Defends Karl Jobst Is Sexist and Queerphobic, Too?"—which I've compiled into this larger compendium. Said compendium summarizes my research and findings, but also various works by other people; i.e., those who have also investigated Karl and his friends, the entirety of our combined materials going back years (to at least 2018, but frankly further back than that if you also consider Karl's pick-up artistry from the mid-2010s and Golden Eye speedrunning days from the early '00s).

Most of My Work on Karl (and Karl's Obiters/Defenders)

Note: This list is incomplete, and one I will update should further information come to light. It provides my own coverage, compiling it for curious parties; i.e., this section summarizes my findings regarding Karl's racism. To that, I've produced more material concerning Karl's bigotry—his racism, sexism and cryptofascism—than is being shown here; i.e., this list records the base findings, whose overall conclusions (regarding said findings) I shall explore afterwards.   • YouTube: "React Video No.23: ‪Billy Mitchell's Response to Karl Jobst (feat. LUS)" (June 22nd, 2025): I watch and defend ‪Billy Mitchell's response to Karl Jobst. I also respond to people who, intentionally or not, defend Karl; e.g., LUS asking for mercy from Billy to Karl, and downplaying/underreporting Karl's racism, while LUS praises Ethan Klein in the middle of a genocide.

Token Defenders of Karl (feat. Gen-X Gamer, Tommy Tallarico and Potion Sword Run)

This portion looks at a defender of Karl's, Gen-X Gamer, a token bigot who has attacked me repeatedly on YouTube:

  • YouTube: "A Token Bigot Goes Full Mask-Off Fascist!" (May 11th, 2025): Gen-X Gamer goes full mask-off; i.e., this time saying he'll prove that I'm a "fraud," only to employ witch-hunt and conversion therapy arguments while deadnaming me and misgendering my friends and I. He also: apologizes for sexual/sex worker abuse, slut and kink shames myself and others, hates on artists/poor people/service workers, denies the validity of my arguments and relationships, calls me a coward for talking about my own rape, and attacks my professions (re: sex worker and erotic artist fundraising for sex workers and disabled people, with him literally comparing me to Andrew Tate while confessing to his own wife being a sex pest)—all while still being racist, sexist, and transphobic as he brown-noses Karl Jobst! Dude straight up is asking Karl—a broke cryptofascist who misled his own audience to fleece them (now a matter of public record; re: the judge from Billy Mitchell's lawsuit certifying Karl's defamatory actions)—to sue me for calling Karl and Gen-X racist. The point, here, is that abusive persons like Gen-X are precisely the sort that Karl's own behavior attracts; i.e., those from his own community who emulate him (token or otherwise): Karl is a bad actor who lies to actively harm minorities; e.g., trying to get LUS to report on a false claim about The Completionist that originated from Karl (LUS' "Karl Jobst 'Jirard Bait' Failed After Lying about the Completionist Suing").

Please bear in mind that Gen-X initially acted like he didn't know about Karl's racism; i.e., that he asked me for sources (re: "My Final Say"; timestamp: 34:43), then insisted that the sources I gave him were "made up" (re: "Token Racist Who Defends")—doing so despite Karl acknowledging them back in 2021 (re: "I'm being SUED and CANCELED!"; timestamp: 3:59) and me pointing that out to Gen-X (re: "Token Racist Who Defends"). Gen-X and Karl are cut from the same cloth, with Gen-X feverishly defending Karl despite being shown irrefutable evidence that Karl is racist; e.g., the Nazi salute, in "Analyzing the Evidence," but also LUS calling Karl's behavior racist (LUS' "Exposing Karl Jobst GoFundMe Scandal 2 Years Ago"; timestamp: 16:03). Gen-X is the Roman fool stabbing himself for Karl's benefit, insisting as he does so (to paraphrase), "I'm pure intelligence, you're not" (Sublime's "Raleigh Soliloquy Pt. I," 1994).

To it, Gen-X's fatal, us-versus-them vision equates to a pimp-like view of the world—one projected onto his whore-like victims (mirror syndrome), but one we can expose him with after he goes mask-off (reversing abjection); i.e., once he unmasks himself, he can't go back (crossing the Rubicon, as it were). Gen-X is a race traitor and traitors, race or not, classically harbor a contradictory worldview—one instilled into them by capital, and which he and others like him want their audience (and their victims) to believe is both total and enforceable without question. But the fact remains that some people will question it—and all while still being fair in their own criticism; e.g., Potion Sword Run viewing me as human and recognizing Gen-X's police-like behaviors against me ("Gen Ex Gamer Exposed By Persephone").

According to Potion, both men even come from the same struggle around which a "marginalized community of misfits" was built: a videogame grifter called Tommy Tallarico who stole everyone's money during the Intellivision Amico Scandal (indented for emphasis):

I was thinking about how Potion and Gen-X met during Amico (merely because it gets mentioned by both men a lot). Given the size of the scandal and the pedigree involved, it feels on par with saying you met someone at Woodstock or after the JFK Assassination, and that's fine. People still argue about Stalin's validity as a ruler or whether or not the moon landing was faked. Though not quite on that level (the theatre of nations), the Intellivision Amico scandal is definitely more upper-class/white-collar crime than anything Karl committed (though Karl's crime is still white-collar, just smaller). The person who asked me to study the scandal explained, "It's like the Fyre Festival or Theranos of video gaming." While Theranos was a billion-dollar scam, I'm nonetheless beginning to see what they mean; i.e., Tallarico was "the cousin of Aerosmith Singer, Steven Tyler, and someone who has worked in the videogame industry for over three decades on 250 titles" (Slope's Game Room's four-hour 2023 documentary, "The Intellivision Amico Scandal"): a con man who duped Intellivision donors out of a cool $17 million (versus Karl's relatively small-time $200k GoFundMe con and ~$1.8 million legal fees):

Said video also discusses factionalism; i.e., echoing the half-reality of rival social clubs not just in the so-called "real world" but on the Internet, therefore within media as an extension of said world; e.g., the theme of familial drama, generational rivalries, unaddressed trauma/dueling revenge fantasies, and forbidden love: the Montagues and the Capulets, from Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet (1597); the Hatfields and the McCoys, romanticized by Mark Twain (1884); and the Sharks and the Jets, from The Westside Story (a 1961 adaptation of the 1957 musical, effectively being a racialized star-crossed lovers narrative for white middle-class Americans to "slum" with); etc.]

Crime is crime, defamation is defamation, and size doesn't matter insofar as Karl is fash; i.e., someone who wants the power of the upper crust like Tallarico: as a more gentrified (and notably non-white) blowhard (echoes Beowulf and his own kayfabe-style tall tales; see: Beige Frequency's "Hulk Hogan's Most DESPICABLE Lie(s)" or Behind the Bastard's "Part One: Vince McMahon, History's Greatest Monster"). In any event, the fact that Potion and Gen-X met during Intellivision—and that they covered its multi-year development alongside the likes of even larger channels like Smash JT ("Is the Intellivision Amico becoming a SCAM?")—doesn't strike me as especially profound, historically. Neither man ties directly to the events in question, but rather remains caught in its colossal wake. In short, neither Potion nor Gen-X knew Tommy (as far as I can tell, anyways), but instead were friends with each other who wrote about him in the same community of fans/orbiters; i.e., two folks living in the same general area from different political stripes who covered a big-time scandal surrounding something they both cared about: videogames.

Videogames, like most popular media in the West, are classically male and white, leaving people not just like me, a trans woman, but Potion and Gen-X stuck on the outside, alien. The key difference (for us) is, one of them is a token bigot and the other is not (re: Gen-X misgendering me and Potion asking him not to). My investigation could be entirely about underwater basket-weaving versus videogames and the takeaway wouldn't change: racism and other bigotries pursuant to fascism are wrong. AFAB! All Fascists Are Bad! So are con men in general, white skin or not—capital an endless conveyor belt of kayfabe-style bread and circus run by hauntological strongmen (or at least silver tongues) obsessed with the imaginary past. Like the Hulkster's throbbing shaft banging his friend Bubba the Lovesponge's wife (Behind the Bastard's "Hulk Hogan vs Gawker"), the profit motive is 'swole and vain (that was a pun); it leads to systemic abuse of all kinds—of women, children and minorities—by status-quo ringleaders in popular media of all kinds (not just videogames). As Tommy and Gen-X prove, sometimes the abuser is big, famous and awful, but sometimes just awful[2]. Little abusers want to be big abusers, and they'll punch down at anyone who gets in their way (or reminds them they suck, below).

Notice a pattern, here? Private property is theft and videogames have embodied privatization for the status quo since the neoliberal era (re: "Modularity and Class"; see: "Those Who Walk Away"); i.e., men like Karl (or those imitating him) imitating OG entitled sex pests and bigots like Bill Gates (Behind the Bastards' "The Ballad of Bill Gates, part one"). Fascism recruits from broken homes, but some homes are more broken than others (and operate on the usual American redlines).

In other words, while people with privilege can still be oppressed (re: me)—i.e., because privilege and oppression, while modular, are relative and intersectional, hence overlap to varying degrees of relative intersection—the inverse is also true. So while privileged people like Karl Jobst (or Tommy Tallarico, above) betray mostly out of convenience, many oppressed people tokenize out of desperation for privileged people they de facto serve; i.e., when abusing the language of the oppressed, doing so to defend the status quo by calling their critics "racist," DARVO-style; re: token ethnic minorities calling their critics "racist," be that Tommy versus different critics, or Gen-X versus me. It's obscurantism (a classic fascist approach, alongside DARVO). Furthermore, this historical-material tendency to punch down is criminogenic in origin; i.e., the socio-material conditions that cause it (re: Capitalism) breed a cruel, "pick me" loyalty regardless if one side is aware of the other's existence. Instead, it's merely taken for granted (as Karl does with token fans like Gen-X or LUS defending him, when push comes to shove).

The fact remains, Gen-X tragically embodies the faithful "loyal one" who will lick the boots of those who kick him. Even when staring that reality in the face, he'll attack the marginalized—his fellow oppressed, including sex workers, racial minorities and/or GNC people—effectively tokenizing to become a de facto cop/vigilante (which he'll call "self-defense" in bad faith); i.e., he was fine with milking Karl after the lawsuit, and even with me acknowledging Karl's "alleged" (according to him) bigotries until I started to suspect (and openly accuse) Gen-X of being token (thus a racist grifter who, when confronted with accusations thereof, starting calling me racist to [badly] cover his tracks, below): an aura of protection that Gen-X Gamer has been conditioned to think will protect him, a priori (re: Force of Will/might makes right). The fact remains, racial minorities can still be racist, and it's not defamation to call that out through my work; i.e., Gen-X is racist, in my opinion, and projecting onto me while asking Karl Jobst to sue me in bad faith—an act known as libel bullying (and one that bigots love to use, abusing the legal system to silence their critics with): I'm not liable for defamation when critiquing Karl and his friends, any more than Steve Martin is guilty of Mexican cat juggling (or any such moral panic invented and enacted by pearl-clutchers acting in bad faith; re: abusing the legal system to everyone's detriment).

Fascism only cares about power and will lie about anything—however untrue it demonstrably is—to acquire power (often money[3] but not always); they'll do this to defend capital, which only cares about profit (which, in turn, historically leads to harm against workers, but especially minorities who refuse to tokenize). As such, those who defend the system defend it despite any toxic leaks; i.e., trying to keep up appearances, and maintain a sense of normality through abjection (us versus them) denying any harm done—all to enable systemic exploitation until someone blows the whistle (usually more than once). But even then, these defenders will historically attack the whistleblower instead of capital (or those who represent capital; e.g., Karl Jobst or Tommy Tallarico). Silence is genocide, including willful silence and repression of evidence; i.e., by deliberately keeping mum and forcing others to do the same. This silence is bought and paid for (e.g., YouTube monetization), which I present here to speak for itself: in proverbial volumes (with my own written commentary helping spell things out for my audience).

Further Notes on Karl's Community (fellow conspirators; e.g., Smash JT and RazörFist)

Why all this work not just into Karl, but those orbiting him? For starters, he belongs to a racist, sexist, transphobic and anti-sex-work community (re: gamers); i.e., where he has more privilege than most, but also notoriety. Owing to all of these qualities working in Karl's favor, he enjoys various perks from the larger community where he and his fans belong; re: Gen-X Gamer defends Karl by attacking me, but also repeatedly granting Karl the benefit of the doubt despite mounting evidence that Karl is bad-faith; i.e., Smash JT and other YouTubers historically cover Karl as "news," but also cover for him—meaning after he was exposed repeatedly in the past and present. To it, Karl is friends with Smash JT by Smash JT's own recognition:

Full disclosure: I consider Karl Jobst a colleague and even somewhat of a friend of the channel [emphasis, me]. He's always been incredibly cordial in every interaction we've ever had, and he even assisted me in creating one of my videos exposing Jirard the Completionist.

So... it's genuinely tough for me to see things end like this. That being said, Karl isn't perfect, and neither is Billy for that matter... Which is what makes this case so intriguing in the first place (source: "Fans Are PISSED At Karl Jobst After TRUTH Comes Out In Billy Mitchell Lawsuit," 2025).

In turn, Smash JT is friends not just with Karl or Gen-X Gamer (according to Gen-X; re: "BACKSTABBER: THE WORST AMICO HATER"; timestamp: 32:04) but also avid transphobe, loli consumer and former Blizzard employee/grifter Grummz (MLYP's "Goonernomicon: Grummz | Part 2," 2025). They're all cut from the same cloth—the cloth of fascism pimping the rest of us through layered toxic gamer culture; i.e., as the same-old bread and circus (re: "Those Who Walk Away"). Fascists wear masks, including white/token moderate ones—all of which defend the structure of profit (thus genocide) that Pax Americana entails. In turn, doing so breeds a bad-faith continuum that historically-materially breeds other problematic behaviors across all registers (not just online); e.g., like rape culture/apologia that, my research opines, all of the above are complacent in/complicit towards to varying degrees.

In this section, we'll examine Smash JT's behavior towards RazörFist—specifically the accusations of statutory rape RazörFist currently faces:

Smash JT is a conservative (ostensibly white, straight) grifter who only outs members of his own broader community (the Manosphere, essentially) when they personally attack him. And when he does so, he blames it on "the Left"; e.g., saying that RazörFist—an alt-right metalhead whose formerly underaged girlfriend accused him of abusing her (when RazörFist was in his twenties while dating this person, making it statutory rape, below)—isn't on the Right but the Left, according to Smash JT ("RazörFist Threatens to SUE Me for... Reacting to a Video," 2025). He says this because—again, according to him—the Left censors free speech and the Right doesn't, to which I respond:

Sweetie, you're high off your ass if you think RazörFist is a leftist. Like, for real—do you seriously think Trump, Musk or anyone else on the Right is about protecting free speech? But way to use one of your own to come after your political enemies; i.e., as a proxy to scapegoat and blame the Left for (source).

I.e., these are same cancel culture arguments that Gamergate types like Gen-X and Karl Jobst have used to protect them and theirs, but also capital (with Elon Musk advocating for such matters on Twitter before buying it and turning it into a Nazi-infested hellscape: "boundaries for me, not for thee" and reactive abuse kettling the usual victims by the usual cops playing the victims). In short, Razor was ignored for his behaviors until those behaviors couldn't be ignored—i.e., it was reported that he was abusing his then-nineteen-year-old girlfriend back in 2020 (the same year Caleb was abusing Barbie Edge and Karl's own abuses came to light; see: footnotes), except they were already breaking up by that point; the two had actually been dating back in 2016, during Gamergate and Trump's presidency when she was ostensibly fifteen:

If true, that's statutory rape, per Arizona law: "Sexual conduct with a minor who is at least fifteen years of age is a class 6 felony" (source: Arizona Legislature). Except no one bothered to report on it until the statute of limitations were practically up—seven years in Arizona where, again, Razorfist reportedly lives. Though he may have committed the crimes elsewhere—in a place where the statutes and age of consent are different—the behavior remains, at the very least, on the cusp of what is legally acceptable; i.e., his girlfriend could have barely been sixteen depending on when she was born. He's still a creep, and narrowly falling on the right side of a statutory rape law is still predatory insofar as Razor went on to abuse said girlfriend, anyways:

Update, 6/26/2025: Upon closer examination, the two started dating in 2015, not 2016. To that, the girlfriend even explains how she was a teen when she and Razor began talking, and "that they 'internet dated' until she turned 18" (below). This doesn't clarify if she was fifteen[4] when they started dating-dating (which unto itself could mean a variety of activities simulated online, not just sex), but it's still incredibly coercive and fucked up, on Razor's part; i.e., even if grooming unto itself isn't strictly illegal, the harm it causes the victim is plain. It likewise doesn't matter what kind of person she was, or even if she hypothetically initiated the talks; she's still a victim, and grooming is wrong (refer to Shang Tsung's "Low Tier Groomer" [2024] for a good explanation of this concept). It's wrong because the power imbalances at play are, by their very nature, unethical; i.e., it's far too easy for one side to abuse the other and the victims are almost always women or children harmed by men. And yet, grooming unto itself isn't a crime, in the legal sense: "Grooming or child grooming is the act of deliberately establishing a relationship with a child to prepare them for abuse," writes White Law PLLC. "As an action in and of itself, grooming does not have criminal penalties, but facilitation of a criminal sexual act is [emphasis, me] considered a crime" (source). The sad reality is that grooming is both, unto itself, not strictly illegal, and foisted off onto trans women (and other minorities); i.e., mid-moral-panic by the very people historically guilty of doing such things, themselves (usually white cis-het men and those defending them)—all while the victims of said abuse commonly go unheard and/or unbelieved (or they are blamed by society taking the side of the abusers shaming the victim as a slut, among other things):

Beyond fascism, my research specializes in rape survival, healing from it, and risk reduction in the future (re: ludo-Gothic BDSM, calculated risk, and "Concerning Rape Play," 2025). Abuse, then, is a spectrum of toxic behaviors that sometimes cross over into criminal behavior. But criminal behavior a) isn't always persecuted, and b) whose persecution the status quo historically discourages due to societal norms centered around profit (defend the white, straight man). Caleb didn't rape Barbie, for instance, but did pressure her into getting an abortion (see: footnotes); and Razor could have solicited sex from his then-partner statutorily in 2015, when and if she was fifteen at the time and provided sex was involved in their early exchanges. Criminal or not, such behavior is toxic; i.e., insofar as a big enough age gap and power imbalance will routinely lead to abuse towards the more-vulnerable parties. They are the regular casualties of the usual grifts, online or otherwise (the profit motive protecting predators, especially white straight predators or people acting white and straight).

To that, things leak when society is toxic (and capital is toxic by design; re: "Toxic Schlock Syndrome"), but the legal system and canonical media more broadly historically serve to protect white straight men and have since Antiquity into the Middle Ages and beyond (whose ancient canonical laws [re: Foucault vis-à-vis Broadmoor's 2021 "Camping the Canon"] have been camped by Neo-Gothic writers, including conservative ones; e.g., Ann Radcliffe's The Italian; or, The Confessionals of the Black Penitents, 1797). The Scooby Doo villain is always an insider (re: "Radcliffe's Refrain"). Meanwhile, one hand washes the other, the white moderate lying for the white reactionary—with Smash JT only covering Razor's rape allegations in 2025 after someone else talked about them ("The Fall of 'Razorfist'"). He likewise hasn't discussed Karl's racism at all (to my knowledge; i.e., keeping mum despite both men having been friends for years).

On top of that, Moistcr1tikal and Some Ordinary Gamers—a white chud and token Zionist (re: Noah Samsen's "The Genocide Supporting YouTubers Responded")—both threw Karl under the bus after the suit, each man denying prior knowledge; e.g., Moistcr1tikal playing dumb despite being a witness in the actual lawsuit (Iotku Alt's "Moistcr1tikal Reacts to Karl Jobst LOSING to Billy Mitchell"); i.e., despite their lawyers having to have known the same information I did: publicly available information that Karl himself confirmed that was, itself, available for years and requiring only a quick Google search to access. 

The fact remains, racism, sexism, and queerphobia go hand-in-hand with sexual abuse (which includes rape denial/apologia); i.e., to protect the white/token straight man as the center of history to defend and uphold since the founding of Capitalism out of the Enlightenment (see: John the Duncan's 2025 "Woke Is Dead," which I respond to: "A Gothic Researcher/Author/Sex Worker/Activist Responds..."; timestamp: 1:01:15). The system, by design, enables white straight/token liars to police itself with, forming a cone of silence that is nonetheless plain to see during the cryptonymy process (e.g., Doctor Disrespect, below): capital infantilizes its defenders and victims alike, breeding a culture of abuse that—you guessed it—favors the men; i.e., insofar as it expects them to toxify and become completely dishonest, untrustworthy and harmful to everyone around them, yet convinced they're God's gift to women everywhere. Capital, out of the ancient world into the new, has always been Patriarchal; i.e., in and out of media, onstage and off, back and forth—to a liminal, half-real degree that favors white/token straight men and their nuclear families (or ostensibly pro-nuclear positions upheld through the constant simulation of war and its sale; re: from "Nature vs the State," 2025):

You don't have to be a massive twat to be a member of the colonizer class. All three men are of said class, and likewise have white, male privilege, to boot. Having interviewed each of these Metroid franchise WR holders for why they run these games, it's largely in-text and about competition for/with other gamers; i.e., which historically-materially means other gamers "like them." It's not to raise awareness—nor demonstrably help anyone oppressed systemically by capital—but to aggrandize themselves and themselves alone by competing endlessly for personal glory and wealth, thus bragging rights, per game.

And these ostensibly chill dudes might not appreciate my academic conclusions about them, four years after the interview series petered off [similar to Jeremy Parish pitching a fit about what I wrote about him; re: "Modularity and Class" and "From Master's to PhD"] but them's the breaks; i.e., they're white, middle-class straight boys making money and only making money during an open genocide inside a system designed to cater to their needs since its inception: from the tabletop games of the '60s and '70s, to videogames from 1973 onwards, '86s Metroid and '93s Doom pioneered by Cameron and id Studios using Gates' computers, into an Internet privatized after the early 2000s around the same kinds of men; re: Twitch being a platform run by a Yale graduate entrepreneur/venture capitalist and known for protecting men who fail up/conduct pedophilia; e.g., Doctor Disrespect, who the system protected for as long as it possibly could; re: burying his reports and paying him out in 2020, banning him, then letting him return a month later and sitting on the case for years.

The usual benefactors tend to "forget" this, but courts and companies exist to protect the powerful and the in-group [white straight men] and always have; i.e., despite Joon the King insisting "There Is No Comeback" for Doctor Disrespect in 2024, he's already been remonetized [Cyprian(Cyps)Draku's "DOC Gets Monetization BACK!" 2025]. Canceling is a myth for straight white boys doing what they always have done under capital, and which they accuse others of doing through DARVO arguments; i.e., exploiting vulnerable parties from positions of power and privilege since at least Catholic priests; e.g., "the trans women are pedophiles, not us!"

To that, Doctor Disrespect is a black penitent literally wearing rapist glasses[5] and a porn 'stache—and who straight up admits to having "inappropriate messages with a minor" [Double Toasted, 2024] while also cheating on his wife [who protects him because he's the breadwinner]—yet continues to thrive in a system that has only expanded to/tokenized through other venues of conquest; i.e., per the Protestant ethic and neoliberal Capitalism during the Internet Age under Capitalist Realism. Protecting people like Disrespect is literally protecting capital, and extends to Mel Gibson, Bill Gates, Bill Cosby and anyone else seemingly made of Teflon. They're not "correct"; they're protected by a system that literally lets them get away with rape, murder and any other crime for anyone but them! Trump pardoned the January 6th insurrectionists; what's another rapist/adulterer like himself?

In turn, white male privilege carries with it white male fragility but also golden handcuffs, and not once have I seen any of these people [the speedrunners above and their friends] discuss anything but games; i.e., as things to play "without politics." As such, Gamers™ who stream and speedrun [for the reasons listed above] are the heroes in a tale told by/for idiots; i.e., activism/political action doesn't tie to their existence, because their existence is already secure provided they toe the line! That's what "fair and balanced" means to them: intended play/emergent play so long as it upholds the status quo. This includes an omerta [cone of silence] regarding open industry abuse, but silence is genocide and golden as a matter of genocide; i.e., they're complicit!)

While "complicit" remains a matter of debate, abuse is nonetheless a spectrum that includes criminal and non-criminal behaviors that aren't always addressed; i.e., in the timely manner demanded by the legal system from its own victims, which the status quo polices. To that, the legal system and society more broadly canonically exist to protect status-quo abusers (and the profit motive) from their own victims. "Free speech," then, is a cryptonym and double standard for capital, which privileged men like Smash JT and Karl stand in for and use to exploit or even attack minorities with (as Karl does), in bad faith; i.e., during moral panics that historically-materially center entirely around them as the only victims: the white straight male sex pest or grifter being the perpetual victim canceled by "the woke mob" (that token examples emulate; re: "black skin, white masks" and Man Box). It's cops/robbers, except Smash JT is no better/more of an investigative journalist that Karl is. Karl lied in court about being one despite making money off it (LUS' "Did Karl Jobst Lie About Being an Investigative Journalist in US Court?"), and Smash JT's own verification methods are so poor that a troll saying so decided to prove it: by faking a corporate e-mail, sending Smash JT false info, and then reminding everyone afterwards that it was bullshit from the start (which Smash JT missed because he didn't do his due diligence; see: Quazar77's "Smash JT Is a Grifter," 2025; timestamp: 20:09).

And yet, Smash JT's own bad reputation is—similar to Karl's—something to mask, his doing so allegedly going back years (Toploaded Gaming's "Fake AF: The Many Faces Of Smash JT," 2020). "Impunity is the apex of privilege" as something that breeds stupidity through the privileged, who police themselves for profit—failing up, as it were (source: "Valorizing the Idiot Hero," 2021). That's how the system, ergo fascism, works; form follows function, white men taught to harm others for profit, including by lying—in short by acting like a fash (crypto or otherwise). Capital gentrifies and decays on repeat, classic masculinity a routinely toxic affair because capital toxifies through its usual traitors by design; i.e., cops fearful of revenge from those the system historically abuses, past and present. Straight men, for example, are taught (through Man Box; re: Mark Greene) to abject, therefore police whatever territory capital tacitly assigns them (and for which YouTube is merely another register), thus to play the victim (as cops, including de facto cops, historically do; re: through DARVO and obscurantism; e.g., the Nazi salute part of the same cops-and-victims, us-versus them mentality that always punches down; re: Parenti: "fascism is a false rebellion").

From Rome to America, there is always a nuclear home "under siege"; i.e., ostensibly waylaid by alien enemies from within (the whore, the barbarian at the gate, the rabble rouser/angry mob, etc). Such arguments are canonically bad-faith and use similar devices to police labor with (re: the Nazi salute, below). It's crude but effective, divide and conquer the state's usual go-to since cities called themselves such; i.e., as enforced by cops of different kinds. This includes conservative YouTubers. They won't meet leftist arguments on the merits of their actual content, but root them out and destroy them (or at the very least censor them, silence being genocide); i.e., while playing the victim, in bad faith, and monetizing the whole process. Capital is a grift, one that needs someone to attack, and which the usual class, culture and race traitors betray for the usual Judas gold (which includes fiscal wealth, but also status or recognition of one's correctness, etc). Imperialism always comes home to empire, because capital must continually flow money through nature for profit to occur (re: Patel and Moore)—in short, colonies die, as do the mother countries for which they belong to. Fascism is capital in decay.

Analyzing the Evidence (re: Karl is still racist and fash in 2025; feat. Ersatz and LUS)

For anyone saying in 2025 that Karl Jobst isn't racist/fash, or not wanting to discuss it after his failed lawsuit defense (source: Smash JT's "Fans Are PISSED At Karl Jobst After TRUTH Comes Out In Billy Mitchell Lawsuit"), this image of Elon Musk doing the Nazi salute (from Trump's inauguration rally) was on Karl's Discord not even two weeks ago, 4/22/2025; i.e., after he lost in court (and despite him investigating Musk for cheating):

This is racist, because the Nazi salute is racist, period. Using it makes you racist, ipso facto, but especially in light of past events that involve Karl and various racist people—most notably a Neo-Nazi named RWhiteGoose. To that, there are some additional clues if the above image by itself is not convincing (for ye of good faith):

  • One, Karl's defence fund against the Billy Mitchell lawsuit (which he lied about) was funded by Notch, a billionaire with alt-right views (see tweets, listed on Reddit). Said views align with Elon Musk, also billionaire with alt-right views (and the person in the meme Karl used last month). To that, LUS goes so far as to defend Notch, a billionaire with alt-right views, for being "a really nice dude" ("Karl Jobst + Billionaire Notch + $700,000 Legal Team = Bankruptcy"; timestamp: 1:48); i.e., for Notch defending Karl—a known cryptofascist—by literally paying his defense fund. This effectively makes LUS a token lawyer, specifically a moderate GNC race traitor turning a blind eye (Persephone van der Waard's "Token Asian GNC Lawyer Defends Alt-Right Billionaire"); i.e., LUS has denied and defended Karl's racism before; re: by calling Karl's behavior "racism" only to tone-police themselves, including by calling it "past behaviors" despite having access to Karl's racist discord where Karl has done the Nazi salute in 2025 (re: "The Relative Tokenism").
  • Two, the original leaked messages (CW: racist slurs), which I've covered at length in a previous YouTube video, "Karl Jobst Is RACIST in 2025 + Full Evidence!" but also in "Those Who Walk Away from Speedrunning" (2025):

  • Three, that said evidence from those messages was confirmed by Karl himself, despite others suggesting otherwise (anything he hasn't officially confirmed remains alleged, as Karl has—to my knowledge—not gone on record to explicitly deny any of the screencaps mentioned here). For example, in my latest video, "Token Racist Defends Karl Jobst's Racism?" Gen-X Gamer insinuates how the Discord screencaps from back in 2021 were "fake." He says, "But now you guys want to expose him for things that you claim are on the Internet, that you claim he put up there, and I believe that you believe that" (timestamp: 4:37). The problem with that is, Karl himself already responded to the messages in question, back in 2021; i.e., responding to each of them in turn and verifying they how were, in fact, real (re: "I'm Being SUED And CANCELLED!"; timestamp: 3:59).

Regarding point three, let's remember a few additional subpoints:

  • Karl doesn't even deny that Goose is a Nazi (nor was Goose quiet about his beliefs); he says that he, Karl, was "being canceled" during guilt by association—in short that Karl's innocent (according to him), essentially being caught in a server run by an out-and-out Neo-Nazi while having conversations with said Nazi about why it's ok to say racial slurs (re: the evidence from the screencaps, discussed in "Karl Jobst Is RACIST"); i.e., that it's "just a coincidence" and that racial slurs, according to Karl, "aren't used by anyone he knows in Australia" (despite him and Goose having conversations about when and where its ok to use slurs, Karl breaking his own rule). In other words, Karl used his usual "I'm the victim and I'm being canceled by the woke mob" nonsense (standard fash DARVO), along with "it can't be bigoted because it's all an inside joke between friends who aren't racist" because... Karl says they're not racist. In fash systems of argument, this is called the Force of Will.
  • Goose was a bonafide Nazi, and banned for it in December 2018 (re: Dopefishblog's "Why Banning Nazis is Good, Actually"). Not only that, but Karl knew about his beliefs before the ban, saying as much in the 2021 confession; i.e., saying they were actually planning to do a public apology for Goose (to get ahead of things) before someone blew the whistle, beating them to the punch. Karl had already cleaned up his side of things (Sammo Elite's "Golden Eye Speedrunner Reacts to the Mitchell vs Jobst Verdict," 2025; timestamp: 1:45), but Goose had gotten caught with his pants down. And from there, Karl just denied and downplayed everything in his usual style. But despite his additional explanations back then, he's still racist and sexist in 2025 much like he was in earlier times—all on top of now also being a proven cheater himself who defrauded his audience and lost in court over false allegations against Billy Mitchell.
  • LUS, a non-white lawyer, has previously explained how Karl Jobst's discord is still to this day full of racist material that LUS—if they were in Karl's shoes—would have deleted by now (LUS' "Exposing Karl Jobst GoFundMe Scandal 2 Years Ago"; timestamp: 16:03). So, the stuff from 2018 and 2019 that Karl said "wasn't racist" back in 2021—including about his Chinese wife—LUS, an Asian American, thinks is "disturbing" and "a little racist"; i.e., to the level that it made LUS vocally feel upset and lose a lot of respect for Karl. Maybe LUS was referring to the "J*P" comment instead of the one about Karl's wife, or the hip-hop stuff, but it doesn't really matter. Racism is just as much about how someone's conduct makes a racial minority feel as it also pertains to the academic side of things (though LUS is a lawyer and weighs in as a lawyer*). And to that, Karl is racist because he made LUS feel discriminated against in 2025 based on older material.

*As a lawyer, LUS does not (at least part of the time) think highly of Karl (or his friends; e.g., Ersatz, who—say what you will about him from a legal standpoint, including the wisdom of writing a 97-page, 35,000-word article with 568 citations dragging the judge for Karl's case after Karl lost—at least has the decency to speak out against genocide, above).

Of Karl, LUS says in a recent follow-up video (to summarize): "If Karl doesn't appeal, he's done an incredibly, incredibly bad thing to the Australian YouTuber community [...] Karl is not a hero; he should never have gone to trial/to verdict and, after he did, he should have settled. It was never too late to settle. This sets a very bad legal precedent for all YouTubers in Australia, and that is Karl's fault" (LUS' "Lawyer on How Karl Jobst Losing to Billy Mitchell Will Hurt Youtubers"; timestamp: 17:03).

  • Even here, LUS—a token non-white queer person—tone-polices themselves; i.e., by saying that Karl's behavior has been racist in the past and the present, but also that they find the word racist "distasteful" (re: "The Relative Tokenism"). Instead, LUS would rather say that Karl's "not very nice, let's say, to racial minorities" (LUS' "Karl Jobst 'The Completionist Just Filed a Lawsuit Against Me" Clickbait'; timestamp: 1:07); i.e., while refusing to show Karl being racist on his own Discord to demonstrate said racism. To that, LUS is doing some seriously heavy lifting to play devil's advocate for a cryptofascist—all while acknowledging that Karl's fanbase, in their opinion as a lawyer and Asian person, is racist towards Asian people (e.g., Karl's wife). Even so, I want to stress that—while LUS' tokenism is less overt than Gen-X Gamer's—LUS still defends Karl (to a lesser extent) by refusing to investigate Karl's racism. Yet, LUS is also more conflicted, because they keep addressing said racism; re: by calling it racism and reminding people where they can go to find it despite LUS burying the lead.
  • But also, on the academic side of things (my domain), dude's racist as hell, has alt-right ties tied to capital (re: a billionaire paying his legal fees), and not only refused to apologize for his bigoted past, but actually insisted it was a conspiracy against him; i.e., making DARVO and cryptofascist obscurantist arguments against his accusers being "cancel culture." That's what a Nazi—specifically a cryptofascist—would do. Furthermore, Karl loves to speak in medieval language, labeling himself a knight and going on spurious crusades in bad-faith while conning people in the process (another Nazi trick); i.e., using various smokescreens and distractions (e.g., investigating Musk in public [Karl Jobst's "The Elon Musk Cheating Scandal," 2025] while endorsing him in private) to lie to his viewers' faces.

Conclusion: Unrepentant Fash (and friends; feat. LUS, Gen-X, EZScape, Arkamatt and Apollo Legend)

For a man that says he's "not racist," Karl Jobst is lying because: one, that's what cryptofascists do, but also being racist in plain sight despite the lies. He is, and his friends are, too. They don't care about anything but keeping up appearances and holding onto power (moderates) or stealing power in bad faith (reactionaries). There's bound to be casualties.

For example, Karl is now attacking LUS for LUS' coverage of Karl, which Karl thinks is ban-worthy. On 5/16/2025, LUS got really mad and did a three-hour livestream talking about it (re: "Karl Jobst Threatens to Report My Channel"):

There's several things of note in this stream:

  • around 44:44, Gen-X—a person who originally asked Karl to sue me because I called Gen-X "token" and which I replied, "Karl ain't suing anyone; he's broke"—shows up in LUS' stream to show his support (for which LUS thanks him and tells people to go subscribe, not apparently realizing how bigoted Gen-X is)
  • around 1:28:36, LUS—after some prodding by me in the audience—brings up Karl's racism, including examples of Karl's racist behavior I hadn't seen before.

So, props to LUS for mentioning Karl's racism (and shame on Gen-X for turning coat, but reactionaries don't believe in anything but power as something to steal for the state). That being said, LUS also repeatedly asks Billy Mitchell on-stream to show Karl mercy. To be fair, it's more for Karl's wife and son, but all the same, the "human shield" approach still applies; i.e., get married, use spouse as shield from criticism. 

And while I think preventative justice is what we need to push towards, moving away from punitive justice in the US and elsewhere, the fact remains that LUS talking about "family values" and defending one's family seemingly no matter what demonstrated just how non-impartial they are—like, to the point that LUS repeatedly says that they didn't want to discuss Karl's racism but that Karl "had left LUS no choice"; i.e., that they won't discuss racism unless forced to. This "cover for each other" approach leads the heads of different families to only criticize one another if they attack each other—to turn a blind eye until then, that is. And that's largely what LUS has been doing with Karl; i.e., "being neutral," in their own words, and feeling betrayed by Karl, who attacks LUS anyways; re: when Karl accuses LUS of harassment and LUS, in response, counterclaims: that Karl not simply is harassing them, but "an entire group of individuals" (which they say about Karl [timestamp: 1:29:08] before showing their own audience the racist screencaps allegedly featuring Karl: as evidence to back up their counterclaim). 

In other words, LUS knows that Karl has been racist, but has been hesitant to discuss openly state or discuss it because Karl, like LUS, is a father, a family man; and because of this, LUS has largely been keeping quiet about Karl's racism (re: "being neutral" in their coverage of Karl). My fellow GNC person: even if you keep quiet about it, it's still there, and now Karl is attacking you in bad faith. Stop defending racist people like him; re: by keeping quiet (even part of the time) about racism. You spent all this time during the stream (and elsewhere) saying that Karl's bad news—including puzzling over his willingness to go after other peoples' families despite you protecting him. Except the answer is right in front of you and always has been: Karl is fascist, which perfectly explains his behavior towards you and others. But you're still trying to Return-of-the-Jedi his ass, appealing to him in good faith (debating the Nazi, in other words): "There is still good in you [Karl], I can feel it!" My dude, Karl is fascist and has fascist/alt-right friends (re: RWhiteGoose, but also Notch). Stop covering for Karl, LUS!

On that note, recall my response to LUS after their livestream, where I write, 

There's more evidence of Karl [allegedly] being racist, which LUS knew about; i.e., saying "Hey, did they delete it?" when searching for the below image, then insisting "I didn't want to go here, Karl; you forced me to do this!" This information has been available for years, and keeping quiet only enables people like Karl to stew in their own bigotry (read: echo chambers). Scolding him after he's gone toxic ain't gonna do shit, LUS, and now Karl's attacking you (which Notch only enabled by funding Karl's defense, but also you for covering for both men). Fascists are loyal to no one but themselves; don't debate Nazis: (source)

(re: the alleged r/youtubedrama images. I find it really odd that LUS specifically used these images on their livestream; i.e., versus the ones Karl had actually confirmed, back in 2021. LUS has already described Karl as racist, so further speculation feels somewhat moot, here. All the same, they could have given evidence that Karl himself confirmed, versus unconfirmed examples like these [which, if memory serves, my essay didn't contain, before the livestream; re: LUS brought them to my attention*]. It seems like an odd thing for them to do; i.e., owing to how they've called themselves a Karl fan, in the past, they would have seen "I'm Being SUED AND CANCELED!" Then again, if they were a fan, I wouldn't be surprised if they led with flimsy evidence on purpose: to give Karl reasonable doubt [throwing him a soft ball, as it were].)

*Rewatching my response video, "​‪@lus‬ Half-Blows the Whistle (about Karl's Racism)," I comment on the images themselves; i.e., largely alongside the evidence I had already considered and verified through Karl, himself. I didn't explicitly say "allegedly" regarding them, at time, but also did acknowledge the title; re: "Has Never Addressed" (timestamp: 17:04). In hindsight, Karl previously spoke up in 2021; re: when facing similar evidence he confirmed as true. So for him to refuse to confirm or deny the images allegedly resurfacing on Reddit, in 2025 after his lawsuit ended, admittedly looks pretty bad—especially when his fans were attacking LUS and their family for being a racial minority (among other things); i.e., while Karl, in LUS' own words, was trying to get LUS' channel taken down. Captain Obvious here, but it frankly smacks of harassment.

Furthermore, Karl and EZScape both labored to take Apollo down (re: EZScape Speedruns' "The Downfall of Apollo Legend | feat. Billy Mitchell, Todd Rogers & DarkViperAU")—with Karl only getting involved to "carry the torch" after Apollo's suicide

; i.e., that Karl knowingly aided to smear Apollo during a time of active bullying against Apollo, then enriched himself off Apollo's death for years; e.g., by arguably sloganizing Apollo's name into code ("Hello, you Absolute Legends…") and devoting his channel to attacking Billy Mitchell (with various videos in between), but also by demonstrably lying to and defrauding his audience regarding the lawsuit between Karl and Billy concerning Apollo's suicide (King of Kong's "A Statement From Billy Mitchell: Karl Jobst (Part 1/2)," 2025; timestamp: 1:22). So, no, EZScape, Karl isn't "completely innocent in his coverage of Billy Mitchell" (reupload: Grand Archivist 2: Electric Boogaloo, "The Downfall of Apollo Legend"; timestamp: 29:00). Quite the opposite, in fact. So says the judge.

(Arkamatt's "LUS vs. KARL JOBST - The Story Of An Ungrateful Man," 2025; timestamp: 1:10)

While many people have weighed in on Apollo's suicide after the fact, few have stood to gain (and lose) as much from Apollo's death as Karl; i.e., someone who has lied repeatedly for years about Apollo's suicide, posturing as Apollo's defender despite having never met him (which again, is now a matter of case law, above). As such, he ranks among the worst, arguably more so than EZScape and DarkViperAU despite Apollo mentioning both in his suicide note:

On December 30, 2020 (approximately 1AM UTC on December 31), Apollo uploaded a video (later taken down by YouTube) on his second channel.

The short video included a download link and a very long text in the description. In this text, Apollo names DarkViperAU, EZScape, and other famous speedrunners/commentators, stating various things about the situations that let him to end his own life (source: Fandom).

I say "among the worst" because, while Apollo doesn't mention Karl in his suicide note, Karl still worked alongside those who were named (above) and, furthermore, was sued by Billy Mitchell; re: for Karl having accused Billy of causing Apollo's death (King of Kong's "Response to Karl Jobst Regarding Apollo Legend," 2021; timestamp: 0:41). The lawsuit—which lasted for years (2021-2025) and cost hundreds of thousands of dollars—ultimately ended in Billy's favor. Yet, despite this, Karl has continued to lie about Apollo despite the court's decision; e.g., by saying that he, Karl, never believed Billy had any hand in Apollo's suicide and that it was no one's fault but Apollo's ("A Statement"; timestamp: 15:26). This revisionism by Karl about his own statements in court flies directly in the face of the ruling by the judge; re: per the lawsuit between Karl and Billy where Billy was suing Karl for suggesting that Billy had played a role in Apollo's death. That was the entire point of the lawsuit, which Karl lost, and which he is now trying to erase through his own supposed "apology" video.

Billy's victory over Karl in court effectively makes future defamation claims about statements commenting on its contents (e.g., this blogpost) effectively impossible; re: it's a matter of case law and public record, now. Karl is the liar, here, not Billy. And yet in his "I Lost" video cited by Billy (2025), Karl continues to lie on YouTube about what happened, saying how he never lied; i.e., by saying it was only Apollo's fault, versus what he said to the court under oath, which was that he, Karl, believed Billy was at fault ("A Statement"; timestamp: 15:26). In Karl's own words, he also "made a claim that included information that was not true" ("I Lost"; timestamp: 24:46). Put differently, this is called lying—which goes beyond what any of us think, including Karl; i.e., insofar as the court found Karl liable; re: that he made a claim that was false in the eyes of the court during Billy's defamation case against Karl. Karl lost, Karl lied—end of story. Defamation = making legally false statements, and the court ruled that Karl had made false statements by ordering he pay Billy in damages. Karl's word is worthless now, but still he tries to lie in the court of public opinion; i.e., after the case concluded. He's ignoring the judge's ruling.

So whereas Karl routinely makes a habit of lying in his YouTube videos, he told the truth in court to avoid perjuring himself. And from a legal perspective, the truth of the matter is that he, Karl, lied repeatedly about Billy Mitchell to enrich himself; re: during the GoFundMe campaign, where Karl—according to himself, Billy and the court after the case ruled in Billy's favor (and the time for appeal had already expired, making the ruling a matter of case law)—borrowed a large sum of money (over $200,000 AUD, above); i.e., from his own fans for a lawsuit that didn't exist (re: the cheating allegations), instead using the donations to pay his legal defense regarding the ongoing lawsuit about Apollo Legend (King of Kong's "A Statement From Billy Mitchell: Karl Jobst (Part 1/2)," 2025; timestamp: 1:22). This is the only possible explanation, as Billy never filed a second, let alone third, lawsuit; i.e., there was only ever one lawsuit and it was about Apollo Legend and Karl's now-defamatory (false) statements about Billy regarding Apollo. Again, this is a matter of record now, which my opinion cites for evidence; i.e., to side with Billy Mitchell against Karl Jobst, who continues to lie about Billy (at least as of two weeks ago, when Billy released his response video).

Furthermore, Karl also bullied LUS, a past defender of his who had asked for mercy on Karl's behalf ("Karl Jobst Threatens to Report My Channel to YouTube & YouTube Partner," 2025; timestamp: 1:25:29); i.e., by ignoring his fanbase on Discord repeatedly attacking LUS' family—specifically including LUS' mother and nine-month-old daughter—by making racist statements against them (ibid.). This is a pattern of behavior that Karl, according to Billy Mitchell, is also exhibiting towards Billy's family ("A Statement"; timestamp: 11:34), and which I agree with Billy insofar as Karl is an abusive person; re: in my response to his own statement on Karl (Persephone van der Waard's "React Video No.23: Billy Mitchell's Response to Karl Jobst," 2025). For bullies, every statement is a confession, and Karl is a bully who uses DARVO and obscurantism to play the victim in disguise; i.e., while attacking his victims in bad faith (the fascist MO).

For further evidence about Karl Jobst's lawsuit with Billy Mitchell—and an exhaustive list of evidence from Karl's own mouth, before, during and after the lawsuit exposing him as bad-faith—refer to Arkamatt's excellent video series (above)

Yet, it also bears repeating that Arkamatt and LUS both refuse to mention Karl's racism to any notable degree; e.g., at the start of their video, "The Story of an Ungrateful Man," Arkamatt cites LUS, who says, "I didn't want to go here, Karl; you forced me to do this!" In this clip, LUS was talking about Karl's racism on their livestream (re: "Karl Jobst Threatens to Report My Channel"). Arkamatt omits that context in their own video, which I point out

; i.e., while Arkamatt cites LUS, who themselves have been historically reluctant to call Karl out for his demonstrably racist behavior.

To that, LUS themselves also say "if this was false information, I will gladly apologize to you, but it is from Reddit […] Do we need to see the receipts? Because I'm not the one [who] posted this about you, Karl. […] I did not know this at all, Karl, and if they posted this about you, you should have cut it down right away. Because if it's not true, you need to sue whoever this is" (timestamp: 1:32:34-1:33:38); i.e., for defamation, despite Karl having lost Billy's defamation lawsuit but also Karl previously acknowledging the veracity of the Discord images shared on Reddit, back in 2021 (re: "I'm Being SUED And CANCELLED!"; timestamp: 3:59): they actually occurred.

In my opinion, LUS' ignorance feels willful, even hostile; e.g., when LUS says "if they posted this about you," they also Google searched "YouTube drama reddit Karl racist" only to drag the mouse cursor over my article (timestamp: 1:33:32, below). This would suggest LUS' usage of "they" refers specifically to me. Ergo, LUS is tacitly encouraging Karl to sue me if the info isn't true; re: despite Karl himself having already acknowledged the veracity of the screencaps, and LUS themselves having described Karl's behavior as racist in their own videos (e.g., "Exposing Karl Jobst GoFundMe Scandal 2 Years Ago"; timestamp: 16:03); i.e., LUS is pointing the finger (or mouse cursor) at me while Karl attacks them.

It's almost like LUS is afraid of Karl, and choosing to punch down at me by telling Karl, in no uncertain terms, to sue if he's able to. And while I don't want Karl to bully LUS or their mother or child, I also don't want LUS to bully me; i.e., by playing dumb and seemingly signaling to Karl that he should sue me for my opinion (that Karl is racist): about something that isn't false*. Gen-X already did that—i.e., to a reactionary degree, versus the moderate approach used by LUS—and watching any racial minority punch down against a GNC minority because they're scared of a cryptofascist gets really old, real fast: LUS is retired, and they choose spend their time siding with Karl? It's Pavlovian, in my opinion.

*Re: the screencaps Karl confirmed in 2021, which I cover in 2024 and 2025, and which LUS' own examples contribute towards; i.e., regarding the same basic argument (that Karl is racist), which LUS frankly muddies the waters of, onstream: by citing unconfirmed evidence that I was not referring to in my essay before May 16th, but did add afterwards to supplement the confirmed evidence I already had from Karl's confession (see: disclaimer, third point).

Also in my opinion, those who either defend Karl, keep quiet about what happened to Apollo Legend, or otherwise tell Karl to attack their mutual political enemies, are no better than Karl; re: if you defend a Nazi by deliberately keeping mum, that makes you a Nazi, ipso facto—even if only to a moderate white/token degree (see: footnote for my flexible, academic usage of the word "Nazi" and "fascism"). Karl is a Nazi, specifically a cryptofascist who—in this researcher's extended opinion—harms everyone he touches; re: Apollo and Billy Mitchell, but also LUS and myself; i.e., anyone he's betrayed during the lawsuit, or who his bigoted behavior has hurt, past or present. When push comes to shove, so many people refuse to comment on Karl's racism at all, and that's a huge problem.

Gen-X, for example, would rather ask Karl to sue me, a trans-woman academic fighting for equal rights, than call Karl out for his various bigotries; re: to call Gen-X "token" is bigoted in Gen-X's mind, therefore worthy of receiving bullying of the libel sort from Karl abusing YouTube and the legal system. LUS also encourages Karl to sue others, while repeatedly asking for mercy on Karl's behalf; re: despite Karl attacking both their family and the family of the person LUS is asking mercy from. It's a joke, and pure token behavior in my researcher's opinion. They're part of the problem that Karl represents, and has represented for years, at this point: fascism.

Even after the lawsuit, Karl can't simply admit wrongdoing. A bit like asking Otto from A Fish Called Wanda (1988) to apologize, fascism cannot admit fault[6]. Karl would rather blame the judge or sabotage/threaten his own fans; e.g., like LUS. Even when Karl filed for bankruptcy on May 9th, LUS would—rather than simply acknowledge Karl's racism in a video as they've described it—instead choose to play devil's advocate for a penniless fraud on May 16th; i.e., by running defense and effectively apologizing for and deferring to someone who, by LUS' own admission, had a fanbase who attacked LUS' family. But here LUS is, telling Karl to effectively sue me for defamation.

It's not defamation to call a public figure racist as a matter of opinion, LUS, and opinion is protected by free speech. Furthermore, I find it quite disturbing how you'd rather farm Karl for content and come to his defense when he attacks you, versus admitting to your audience that yes, Karl is racist. You've already said it, but here you are, reluctantly defending Karl, anyways; re: by telling him to sue if the information is false when you already knew about Karl's racism. That's not "neutral" behavior but a double standard ("boundaries for me, not for me"); i.e., you actively took the side of a proven liar (and known friend to established Neo-Nazi, RWhiteGoose): telling Karl to sue me, a trans woman, for merely investigating Karl's ongoing bullshit—all in the middle of a genocide against trans people in the US. From one GNC person to another, et tu, Brutae? Grow a spine, dude (then again, LUS does celebrate Ethan Klein [re: below]—i.e., for abusing copyright versus acknowledging his role in apologizing for genocide [Noah Samsen's 2025 "The YouTubers Who Backed a Genocide"] and the starvation of the Palestinians[7]—so perhaps that's asking for too much).

Epilogue: Facing Genocide (feat. Bay Ryan, Huhana Hickey, Robert Asprey and William Blum)

History repeats itself—with hunger classically being a weapon of genocide through settler colonialism since Cromwell vs the Irish[8] (the strategy was actually pioneered by Christopher Columbus; see: Bad Empanada's "The Truth About Columbus - Knowing Better Refuted," 2020). The fact remains, those guilty of or complicit towards genocide will deny genocide, including those who deny it by proxy and in bad faith (and denial being the final stage of genocide; source: "The Ten Stages of Genocide," above). LUS, for example, denies genocide both by refusing to talk about it (or its symptoms), and also by defending a known sex pest and genocide denier (whose wife, in turn, actually took part in the Palestinian genocide—specifically at Ramallah, which Ethan and Hila both called "a terrorist city" on livestream; re: "...Is a Terrorist"). The state needs scapegoats to genocide, as well as facilitators of genocide; i.e., in terms of machinery and operators, but also apologia.

Israel lacks the state machinery required to conduct a Final Solution on par with Nazi Germany's infamous death camps (which the latter nation only built towards the end of WWII). So instead, they enact a similar tactic the Nazis used before the death camps were built; re: holocaust by bullet. In turn, fascism relies on liberals to defend their actions, the latter commonly described as "being against every war except the one they're in right now, and supporting every civil struggle except the one(s) happening right now." So again, LUS is a token moderate apologist not just of racism (a symptom of genocide under state models), but of genocide more broadly. The same goes for any cop, token or otherwise, reactionary or moderate. They work hand-in-hand, doing so in some shape or form since Capitalism evolved into itself: to scapegoat nature, in some shape or form (e.g., Arabs, but also trans people, people of color and various other overlapping ethnic, cultural and/or religious minorities; re: per war [and war's subsequent moral panic] treating them as monstrous-feminine; see: "Nature Is Food," 2024).

Despite repeatedly insisting their own "neutral" stance in things, LUS is complicit in genocide for supporting Ethan Klein; i.e., to such a degree and after a point in which the genocide in Palestine has become undeniable (Bad Empanada's "They'll Pretend They Were Against This. DON'T LET THEM," 2025). They're still denying it anyways; i.e., by keeping mum, but also telling Karl Jobst to sue me (someone who speaks out against genocide). "Don't let them," indeed. State war must be fought against through intersectional solidarity during class, culture and race war to challenge profit (aka "tactical unity"—a device utilized by the Vietnamese to repel foreign invaders during Vietnam; see: Luna Oi's "Don't Let Iran Become Another Vietnam," 2025). This includes me—an educated trans woman in America—pushing back against imperial benefactors (and fascist sympathizers) like Karl Jobst; i.e., someone defended, in my opinion, by "neutral," independently wealthy patent lawyers like LUS apologizing for genocide. The state is the biggest pirate (re: Radcliffe), and bigger pirates rely on little pirates to operate; i.e., in a vertical power structure that Socialism challenges in duality (to push towards horizontal power structures by developing Communism through Socialism; i.e., anarcho-Communism, specifically what Marx called "a classless, stateless, moneyless society": that I practice through Gothic [gay-anarcho] Communism).

Cops are not your friends (ACAB, ASAB ABAB, etc); they're class traitors, first, with the option of also being race traitors and culture traitors (whose sole purpose is to defend profit, private property and structures of state power/the elite over people). LUS is all three—a class traitor but also race and culture traitor on account of their being Asian and GNC while, again in my researcher's opinion, defending genocide (re: ipso facto, vocally defending not just Karl Jobst, but Ethan Klein in their video coverage). Our challenging of them exists in duality—meaning by anisotropically reversing the terrorist/counterterrorist argument (vis-à-vis Asprey's paradox of terror, above) to serve worker needs; re: we use the same basic language, but operate at cross purposes: state's rights (to wage war and cause genocide on purpose) vs worker rights, punching down vs punching up.

Furthermore, cops are cops by virtue of function, not aesthetic, and LUS—like Karl Jobst—is a de facto cop (so are many lawyers, to be frank—a position I've heard described before as "attack librarian"); e.g., terrorist is something the state can use or workers can use, similar to "pirate," "rebel," or "badass." What they abuse, we reclaim to decolonize their efforts, including if and when cops turn a blind eye; i.e., towards fascism attacking Socialism around the world since the US assumed prominence, becoming the primary global superpower after WWII, three years before they helped realize Israel as a settler-colonial project:

For four years, numerous Americans, in high positions and obscure, sullenly harbored the conviction that World War II was "the wrong war against the wrong enemies." Communism, they knew, was the only genuine adversary on America's historical agenda. Was that not why Hitler had been ignored/tolerated/appeased/aided? So that the Nazi war machine would turn East and wipe Bolshevism off the face of the earth once and for all? It was just unfortunate that Adolf turned out to be such a megalomaniac and turned West as well (source: William Blum's Killing Hope: U.S. Military and CIA Interventions Since World War II, 1995).

Similar projects exist all around the world; i.e., state-corporate bodies defended by the false hope (and fatal, decayed nostalgia) of American Liberalism, Pax Americana and neoliberal theory through media conducting Capitalist Realism, onstage and off; re: by bad actors just like LUS, but also Karl Jobst and those who defend him: defending Capitalism, when all's said and done. They must be challenged; the state and its all servants, territories and pogroms—the Greater Destroyer of our time, aided by smaller destroyers deceiving the public for profit—must be abolished; re (from "Hailing Hellions: An Interview with Delilah Gallo," 2025):

Land back. Free Palestine, Sudan, Congo, Syria, Ethiopia, Cuba, Korea, Vietnam, Hawai'i, Puerto Rico, Turtle Island, Lebanon, and all occupied, oppressed, embargoed land. Give to mutual aid. Learn about the indigenous nation whose land you are on. Lead with kindness but don't shy away from conflict. Always ask yourself who is being left out and why (it is almost always going to be disabled people, indigenous people, trans people, children). Start a garden. Make some art. Stay curious. Don't obey rules that don't make sense. Be loud about injustice. Abolish ICE. Abolish the police. Abolish the government. All power to the people. And wear a mask and test for Covid! (source).

In short, we become something that cops must collectively attack in ways we can expose; i.e., ourselves standing unified against state defenders pimping nature-as-colonized in all the usual ways (making future attempts at censoring my work an attack on my friends' work too, below). We all belong to the same world capital destroys:

Or as Dr. Huhana Hickey puts it (referred to me by my partner Bay Ryan, who is Māori and disabled themselves, above):

I want us to try and find a way to teach Māori the pre-colonial beliefs around disability. Because the post-colonial beliefs have led us, where some whānau [family, or a group of people connected through such ties] believe we hold a makutu (curse) or a hara (fault), which is that we are a deficit, that we are a curse, we're a sin.

We're none of those things. Prior to colonisation, we were a taonga [treasured possessions, both tangible and intangible, that hold deep cultural and spiritual significance].

And I want us to be seen as taonga today. We're working together, we're growing, and it's growing stronger. And I think as we celebrate Matariki [the Māori New Year], we'll be looking at the next 12 months and what do we want to achieve?

If we looked at Hone Tuwhare's poem, Rain, it kind of gives you a sense of what disability means. So in other words, rain will still know you if you are deaf or blind. If you can't see, if you can't move, it will still wash over you. You’ll still smell it, you'll taste it, you'll feel it. Because rain is enduring, so is disability. It's a natural part of life.

My future for Matariki is that we are seen as taonga.

This Matariki, Dr. Huhana Hickey is calling for a return to pre-colonial understandings of disability - where people are seen as taonga. Her vision for the future is one of growth, advocacy, and healing, where every whānau member is valued (source).

Diversity is strength; i.e., versus those who rape nature by design (as capital does, to differing degrees). We are all taonga, therefor all belong to the same world through similarity amid difference; re: we all belong to the same world that capital and its agents historically demonize, then destroy for profit in various ways (e.g., lies of omission serving genocide by denying genocide). Intersectional solidarity is tactical unity and tactical unity is to walk away from Omelas; i.e., together in spite of our smaller disagreements, without monopolizing certain forms of rape and/or ranking rape (e.g., with BDSM: "hurt, not harm"). Context matters, specifically dialectical-material context, and rape[9] in all its forms leads to generational trauma and division: per capital's Cartesian thought and heteronormative/settler-colonial models, at home and abroad; i.e., which we must camp to survive; re: by putting "rape" in quotes, during ludo-Gothic BDSM (which Gothic Communism is). Capital increases the risk of rape, therefore genocide and harm; we reduce it.

This means no bigotries or exceptions, save staunchly denying the state/our colonizers (often in disguise) access to our better world, mid-genesis; it includes more privileged people like myself—a white, non-disabled American trans women—helping disabled Indigenous people like Bay Ryan, but also them helping me and both of us helping various other marginalized groups; e.g., sex workers and fat people (re: "White Moderates Don't Challenge Fascism"), but also Palestinians, Iranians, and any other oppressed people—as well the micro-to-mega flora and fauna of the planet/the environment itself: anyone or anything we have more in common with than the ruling class (who cops betray us for). Class war is ass war; show them your Aegis, stripping state lies bare! Faced with overwhelming evidence, their continued denial (and attacking of us) is a confession.

In times of crisis, the self-styled "righteous beyond reproach" are systemically the most guilty and dangerous—demonstrably kettling the women, children and minorities they fear to pimp them as alien. But revolutions go both ways, the Medusa speaking through us on the Aegis, and us to our enemies through our nude flashing of the Gorgon's power to have the whore's revenge (re: "Rape Reprise" and "Chapter Five: Rebellious Subterfuge"). We can't rely on the police to protect us because police pimp whores to defend property. We must be our own Valkyries, defending our homes from these cheap creepy thugs; i.e., by exposing them as the dorky pimps they are, licking the state's boots. So when the Man comes around, show him your Aegis and let him testify to his own treachery when trying to closet you; segregation and silence are no defense, so no pasarán!

[1] Concerning the legality of calling someone a Nazi or fascist regarding their behavior as racist—i.e., as a matter of opinion tied to public figures, which YouTubers are—here is some additional information; re (from my essay, "White Moderates Don't Challenge Fascism," 2025):

Most important is how "Nazi" does not have a single definition [...]:

    • One, "Nazi" as I use it, is synonymous with "fascist," which I will explain more in a moment; nevertheless, it doesn't exclusively "belong" to Hilter in the present moment (e.g., Neo-Nazis), nor did it in past forms of American fascism while Hitler was alive (e.g., the American Nazi bund, but also the KKK and their own neo-medieval orders and terminologies).
    • Two, there are groups comparable to Nazis in function, if not in name—again the KKK, Proud Boys, and similar cryptofascists, but essentially anyone who isn't a flag-waving Nazi; i.e., anyone who has fascist qualities that, for all intents and purposes, are alt-right, ultra conservative, or otherwise palingenetic ultranationalist to varying but also modular degrees (see: Umberto Eco's "14 Points"). To that, Solomon gives three things (four, if you include Hilter) to define a Nazi; Eco provides fourteen, but also treats fascism as a global affair that goes well beyond the Germans. These groups also carry different names; i.e., for the same basic ideas borrowed by the Nazis from Italy (chiefly "fascism" the word and the Roman salute), but also American geopolitics' own Manifest Destiny (re: Bad Empanada's "How the USA Inspired the Nazis"); e.g., Western chauvinist, race realist, pro-European, and white nationalist, etc—all comporting as fascist through dogwhistle and disguise: you can be a Nazi without advertising as one, across a polity of fascist offshoots.
    • Three, "Nazi" is a broad label that applies to fascist people; it also is a common insult used to describe someone who is strict—i.e., in a variety of ways that aren't comparable to Nazis (e.g., "femi-Nazi" or "grammar Nazi," etc). Indeed, the unironic usage of "Nazi" + [noun] is a common form of DARVO used by people on the alt-right: "I'm not the Nazi, you're the Nazi!" as well as obscuring what Nazis are through stolen language—a technique called "obscurantism," which the Nazis (and similar historical forms of fascism) were known to do; e.g., the Nazis called themselves "national socialists," which one, didn't accurately describe them to start with, and two, they stole from German leftists who were killed during the German Revolution (1918-1919), but also from Hilter's situational frenemies, the Strasserites (who he later killed, after assuming power). In short, Nazis—and by extension all fascists—lie, cheat and steal as a political modus operandi, making their synonymizing with fascism in general (as well as establishment politics in Western countries) historically apt.

However, the legality of calling someone a Nazi also needs to be acknowledged:

    • Four, it isn't a crime in America to call someone a Nazi (not yet, anyways), nor anything comparable to a Nazi (e.g., like a certain American hard rock band who just happen to be "pro-Confederate," above); it also is not a crime to be a Nazi, in America (more on this in point six).
    • Five, it isn't slander in America to call someone a Nazi, insofar as doing so is a matter of opinion, not defamation; i.e., you can't be guilty of doing so because doing so is not a crime, but it also isn't defamation—meaning you can't be liable for it unless the statement is provably false (again, more on this is point six). And don't just take my word for it; take it from Noah Samsen, who explains after receiving a letter of intent (from accusing Ethan Klein of supporting genocide): "For someone to be to be found liable for defamation, there's a few bars that need to be reached. First, the plaintiff must establish that the allegedly defamatory claim is a statement of fact; next, that statement of fact must be provably false; it also must have caused demonstrable damages to the plaintiff's finances or reputation; and lastly, the statement has to have been made with actual malice. 'Actual malice' is a legal standard; it's the highest legal standard for defamation claims and it's only applied to public figures. Basically it means the defamatory statements have to have been made with the existing knowledge that these statements were false" (source: "Ethan Klein Lawsuit Response"; timestamp: 8:59). All of these bars must be met, not just one.
    • Six, calling someone a Nazi is not the same thing as calling them a criminal or sex offender (see: point four); i.e., someone cannot be arrested in America for being a Nazi or a fascist, because both (and all their variations) are a political belief, which constitutes free speech; re: to call someone a Nazi is not calling them a criminal, therefore isn't slander according to American law because Nazis are protected by free speech for their opinions. For instance, Tentinger Law firm writes, "An opinion is [not] considered defamation. The First Amendment, which guarantees freedom of speech, protects statements of pure opinion from being considered defamation. / For example, an online review of a doctor stating the doctor is 'rude' or a 'jerk' is not defamatory. Those are expressions of opinion. But a statement that a person is a criminal or a sex offender, if false, are defamatory. Those are statements of fact that can be proven false" (source). Again, calling someone a Nazi is not the same thing as calling them a criminal, but equivalent—in legal terms, that is—to calling them a jerk, asshole, or bigot. It's an opinion, and opinions, by their very nature, are unfalsifiable: you can't prove them true or false because they're subjective and, more to the point, not policed speech.

[2] Watching hbomberguy's "ROBLOX_OOF.mp3" (a documentary about Amico), I couldn't help but think of Gen-X pulling the race card when I called him out for being token and defending racist people like Karl Jobst; i.e., acting in ways eerily similar to Tommy Tallarico, also an ethnic minority and someone who hung around white supremacists while calling anyone who dared critique his shady dealings "gaming racists" (timestamp: 14:54). "History repeats once in tragedy and then in farce," Marx wrote, in 1852 (source: "The Eighteenth Brumaire"); and the best predictor for future events are past clues. Use these clues to spot and denude future fascists, including race traitors (and class traitors at large, who almost always are sex pests in some shape or form; e.g., Caleb Hart, below).

Note: I've written a lot about Amazons and Metroidvania on their own, but also about fascism and kayfabe vis-à-vis strongmen (or strongwomen; re: Autumn Ivy and "The Nation-State"), fascism and videogames. Start with my PhD (and its online promo, "The Total Codex") for tons of in-depth discussions about such things (e.g., "The Quest for Power" and Tolkien and Cameron's monomyth refrains, the High Fantasy treasure map and shooter). Consider Volume Three's "Inside the Man Box" for something more dedicated to bigoted, pimp-like streamers; re: Caleb Hart and people like him aping Pygmalion by acting strong but, in truth, being afraid of everything and having to coerce and cover up their own abusive relationships (re: with Caleb having his mommy and daddy coerce Barbie Edge, a woman of color sex worker, into aborting her child after he got her pregnant; source: "My Story," 2020). The only time such persons are happy is when they're in control and harming others with said control, so we must take it away from them: through our voice as the antidote to silence, thus rape and genocide.

[3] I.e., power takes precedence over money, price being no object; e.g., Karl literally bankrupted himself over Billy Mitchell's lawsuit (LUS' "Karl Jobst Filed Bankruptcy According to Billy Mitchell | Complete WIN"), caring more about controlling his fans that keeping himself afloat (or thinking about his family, who are dependent on him). By comparison, Gen-X not only defends Tommy Tallarico and Amico by using words like "traitor" to attack former friends like Potion (who is disabled from a failed kidney transplant, making Gen-X ableist on top of everything else); Gen-X wants Karl to sue me and keeps defending him despite said bankruptcy. Absurd shows of loyalty like these demonstrate how both men would rather die on these hills; i.e., perishing for their racist beliefs than admit they were wrong and try to move on/change (re: assimilation is poor stewardship, but so is betrayal of any kind; i.e., the state rapes nature and workers by design). Again, they're Roman fools, falling on their swords to serve capital: forgoing any attempt at reducing their own harmful behaviors, instead choosing to promote the suing of political enemies in bad faith; re: for what essentially amounts to free speech, weakening their own freedoms for a petty chance at revenge! It's incredibly short-sighted, and yet Karl's defenders mistakenly think their own privilege will protect them from selective punishment, down the road. Suing someone for free speech undermines free speech; even suggesting it is a terrible idea, and a patent lawyer and corporate veteran like LUS and Gen-X should absolutely know better. They're weird and they suck, token minorities who punch down for the status quo.

[4] Even if she was sixteen, this still wouldn't be ok; the penalties would just be different. That being said, some exceptions could apply. For example, the age of consent in Minnesota is sixteen, which allows sixteen-year-olds to consent to sex with legal adults while keeping certain exceptions in mind: "The legal age of consent in Minnesota is 16," writes Arechigo Stokka. "A person must be at least 16 to be considered legally competent to consent to sexual activity. However, Minnesota age of consent laws include specific exceptions, particularly if there is a significant difference in age or certain relationships that involve authority or power. For example, Minnesota law prohibits sexual activity between a 16 or 17-year-old and an older person in a position of authority, such as a teacher, coach, or guardian. In these cases, the law acknowledges the potential [emphasis, me] for exploitation or coercion" (source). Potential for harm is the tipping point, as far exceptions go. To that, the legality of Razor's coercion would lie in Arizona's statutory laws, which lie beyond my expertise. And yet, if similar exceptions like the above ones exist, he'd be the clear-and-obvious target; re: he waited until his ex was eighteen, convincing her beforehand to move in with him before slowly starting to abuse her. Predators are generally the most privileged among us, abjecting their crimes onto the usual scapegoats.

[6] Aka Führerprinzip, or leader principle, tied to Force of Will and "death before dishonor" argument: "the leader is always right"; "follow the leader."

[7] Whose genocide is still going on; i.e., full-bore, at this point—specifically genocide by bullet—and which Ethan Klein, the person LUS is celebrating for his "sick lawyer skills," has fought tooth-and-nail to deny. Fascism denies history to assist in genocide, which the state needs to move money through nature during Imperialism (the highest form of Capitalism). This includes Ethan (and his wife/fans) repressing YouTubers like* Kyle Kulinski—a reporter of news, first and foremost—but also Bad Empanada, a historian of genocide and war crimes in the Middle East/Global South:

*Meaning channels smaller than Kyle.

  • Mainstream media grossly underreports the numbers of people killed, in the Palestinian genocide. Despite this, and due to the irrefutable reality that a genocide is occurring in Palestine (whether the international courts will admit that or not), new information has come to light in an official capacity. The above study was recently reported on by Kyle Kulinski ("BOMBSHELL: Study Says 377,000 Palestinians K*LLED By Israel"), only to be taken down shortly after its publication. Luckily it remains accessible on the Wayback Machine:

A new report published by the Harvard database reveals that Israel has "disappeared" at least 377,000 Palestinians since the start of its genocidal campaign against the Gaza Strip in 2023. Half of this number is believed to be Palestinian children. The report was written by Israeli professor Yaakov Garb, who used data-driven analysis and spatial mapping to show how the Israeli army's siege of Gaza and indiscriminate attacks on civilians in the enclave have led to a serious drop in its population. The 377,000 Palestinians who are unaccounted for due to Israel’s genocide are approximately 17 percent of the Gaza Strip’s entire population, which now stands at about 1.85 million. Prior to the war in Gaza, the strip's population was estimated at 2.227 million. While some are displaced or missing, a significant number are believed to have been killed by Israeli forces, according to the report.

The professor notes that the official death toll of 61,000 is clearly an underestimate, as victims who remain trapped under rubble are not included. Garb also condemned in the report the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) – a controversial US-Israeli aid distribution mechanism launched last month.

"These aid compounds seem to reflect a logic of control, not assistance, and it would be a misnomer to call them 'humanitarian aid distribution hubs.' They do not adhere to humanitarian principles, and much of their design and operation is guided by other objectives, which undermine their declared purpose,” he said.

The UN has accused GHF of being designed to further the forced displacement. Since it began operations, GHF has led to the deaths of hundreds of Palestinian aid seekers by Israeli forces.

The Harvard report is not the first indication that the death toll in Gaza could, in fact, be significantly higher than reported. The Lancet medical journal released a study in January this year revealing that the death toll from Israel’s genocide in Gaza was most likely undercounted by 41 percent in the first nine months of the war. The January study highlighted that around 59.1 percent of those killed were women, children, and elderly. The year before, in July 2024, The Lancet said Israel's assault on Gaza could lead to between 149,000 and 598,000 (source).

As the world’s attention turns to the war between Israel and Iran — and with Israel simultaneously cutting off internet and telecommunications services, imposing effective media and information blackouts on millions of Palestinians — Israel’s attacks on starving Gazans awaiting aid have only intensified.

After two months without a single drop of food, medicine, or fuel entering Gaza, a trickle of white flour and canned goods has been allowed in since late May. Most of it has gone to sites in Rafah and the Netzarim Corridor managed by the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), guarded by private American security contractors and Israeli soldiers. On June 10, small shipments also began arriving via aid trucks operated by the World Food Programme (WFP).

But with hunger deepening, people no longer wait for the trucks to move safely past Israeli troops. Instead, they rush toward them the moment they appear, desperate to grab whatever they can before supplies vanish. Tens of thousands gather at the distribution points, sometimes for days in advance, and many go home empty-handed.

Starving civilians gather in massive crowds, waiting for permission to approach. In many instances, Israeli troops have opened fire on the masses — and even during distribution itself — killing dozens as they try to collect a few kilos of flour or canned goods to bring home in what Palestinians have dubbed "The Hunger Games."

Since May 27, well over 400 Palestinians have been killed and over 3,000 wounded while waiting for aid, according to Gaza Civil Defense spokesperson Mahmoud Basel. The deadliest single attack on aid seekers occurred on June 17, when Israeli forces fired tank shells, machine guns, and drones into a crowd of Palestinians in Khan Younis, killing 70 and injuring hundreds.

The limited aid trickling into Gaza falls far short of meeting even the most basic needs. As a result, many residents are forced to buy supplies from others who managed to get their hands on some food at distribution sites and are now reselling it in a desperate attempt to afford other essentials (source: "'The Hunger Games': Inside Israel's Aid Death Traps for Starving Gazans," 2025).

  • Ethan Klein's venomous spite for activism and coverage of state violence manifests historically in sexual harassment; i.e., against state victims (stochastic terrorism serves state needs, meaning the profit motive). For example, Ethan once harassed the 17-year-old female victim of a terrorist attack, specifically the Boston Marathon Bombing. Of the victim, herself, Ethan—in a now-deleted video that others have since reuploaded (e.g., Sam Nam: "Ethan Klein on Boston Bombing Victim," 2025)—specifically said when seeing her scars (an act of protest from surviving her attacker): "Pretty brutal scars. Nothing that a heavy night of fucking won't incur. Haha, know what I mean? Ignoring the camel [toe]—fucking that fat, juicy, juvenile vagina—n*gga wants to fuck that shit, boy! Yee!" (and which Ethan said to his wife holding the camera: known vampire and war criminal/former member of the IDF, Hila Klein; e.g., Bad Empanada's "Hila Klein Is a Terrorist," 2024). Bad Empanada has covered the event before, but specifically mentions it in light of the Kleins' current harassment of other women, including Muslim women (Bad Empanada Live's "DONATE TO WOMEN HARRASSED BY SEX PEST ETHAN KLEIN"). Ethan and his wife deny genocide as committed by Israel—their attack on these women specifically being on different people responding to Ethan's "content nuke"; re: where Ethan continues to deny genocide, the women-in-question noted protestors of genocide (which again, LUS has endorsed Ethan's actions, calling them a "500 IQ move." Quite the opposite, in fact; it will only make YouTube a more oppressive place than it already is—with no one able to react or respond to anyone else for fear of copyright strikes levied [usually by rich people against poor people] in bad faith. Fair Use—already a frequent casualty of such things—will functionally cease to exist. Yet lawyers love censorship and copyright, because they get to police it).

By extension, the Israeli settler-colonial project was initially endorsed by the British, who upheld Zionist radicals by funding them; e.g., from Theodore Herzl (the father of Zionism) to Ze'ev Jabotinsky's "Iron Wall" also having British support; i.e., before the Americans took over and ratified Israel full-bore, in 1948. Israel is the tip of American Imperialism, in the Middle East—a proxy state funded by every American president (therefore Congress and the Supreme Court) since its formation. Powerful lobbies—e.g., the AIPAC PAC, "a bipartisan, pro-Israel political action committee" (source)—exist specifically for its continuation, and individual citizens likewise deny genocide to allow Israel to conduct its bloody business, uninterrupted. This includes celebrities like KISS and Judas Priest (re: Persephone's "Judas Priest: Invincible Shield and Zionism," 2024), but also smaller public figures like LUS, on YouTube. To deny is to profit, a historical fact demonstrated by the algorithm and YouTube's monetization scheme falling squarely on the side of the colonizer (versus the colonized, whose voices are routinely censored/demonetized by the platform).

As I've moved through this series, though, the definition [of ludo-Gothic BDSM] has narrowed, according to my focus on the term specifically to play with rape as I define it; re (from the Poetry Module's "A Note about Rape/Rape Play," 2024):

as something broadened beyond its narrow definition, "penetrative sex meant to cause harm by removing consent from the equation." To that, there is a broad, generalized definition I devised in "Psychosexual Martyrdom" (2024), which will come in handy when we examine unironic forms of rape, but also "rape" as something put into quotes; i.e., during consent-non-consent as a vital means of camp during ludo-Gothic BDSM:

martyrs are generally raped by the state, which we have to convey mid-performance without actually getting raped if we can help it ("rape" meaning [for our purposes] "to disempower someone or somewhere—a person, culture, or place—in order to harm them," generally through fetishizing and alienizing acts or circumstances/socio-material conditions that target the mind, body and/or spirit) [emphasis, me]: finding power while disempowered (the plight of the monstrous-feminine).

Rape can be of the mind, spirit, body and/or culture—the land or things tied to it during genocide, etc; it can be individual and/or on a mass scale, either type committed by a Great Destroyer (a Gothic trope of abuse of the worse, unimaginable sort, rarefying as a person, onstage) of some kind or another as abstracting unspeakable abuse. It's a translation, […] adding the irony afterward as a theatrical means of medicine; i.e., rape play challenging profit through the usual Gothic articulations in service to workers and nature at large (source).

To that, rape is something that demons play with during the whore's paradox. By extension, ludo-Gothic BDSM is effectively rape play combined with Gothic themes and BDSM practices to avenge state wrongs against nature.
